Hey guys, whatever u do, don't join CBay Systems, CTU-1. I believe the other CBay Branches are okay, but dont join CTU-1. You will have no peace of mind, will be overworked, and on top of that there is a sadistic person in charge.

This is to enlighten the MT fraternity in Bangalore. Please dont join Cbay Bangalore, especially the Airport road unit called CTU1 (also called Infokey Solutions). The airport road facility is actually split into 2 units, Infoscript and Infokey Solutions. This Infokey company is run by a tyrant and few of his close aides. They always are thinking of new ways to deduct salaries. These close aides do not produce a single line for the company, and they all work in redundant designations with high salaries. Since their designations are redundant, they just agree and implement whatever the tyrant says, just to secure their jobs. These aides spend all their time in the cafeteria or strolling on the production floor doing nothing or just calling meetings for silly reasons and wasting everybody's time. They just show off their authority on the people who really work and produce lines for the company. At Cbay, there are a number of people to pressurize you to do more work, but when it comes to payment, everybody shuns responsibility or they just cite some silly company policy for deductions. Also, all the leave and holidays are just on paper. If your weekly off falls on a holiday, you wont even be given a compensatory off or extra pay for it instead. While your peer whose weeky off doesnt fall on a holiday gets both his off and his holiday. Also, they have a number of ways to deduct your salary and incentives at the end of the month. They do MQ work and do not pay you according to lines shown in MQ software. They use their own software to calculate linecount and this software always shows lesser lines than what you have actually done. Also, they have recruited a lot of freshers, and as a QA, you might endup proofing substandard files from morning to night and get paid a low salary at the end of the month. To be honest, MTs' salary is competitive. Also, I believe other CBay centers are managed well. But if you are a QA and thinking of CBay, please dont join Cbay airport road facilty. The work environment at Cbay really sucks.
