Candidates who are at least graduates and have 1 years experience in International Call Centre may apply. They should be between the age group of 18 - 30 years. They should possess excellent communication skills. Salaries will be depending on experience.
All positions are based in Ahmedabad-S.G. Highway. Candidates should work in night shift.
Back office Assistants work under the supervision of US physician and/or front office staff at USA and are primarily responsible for administrative tasks including scheduling, billing and medical recording keeping.
Back office assistants perform many administrative duties, including: 1. Answering telephones 2. Greeting patients on telephone 3. Updating and filing patients' medical records 4. Checking insurence eligibility 5. Handling correspondence 6. Scheduling appointments 7. Reminding for for hospital admission 8. Handling billing 9. Bookkeeping, etc
MUST have - Excellent accent - Excellent command over the English language - able to work US day time hours. -Send detailed reports - Excellent verbal communication skills - Solid experience in this field...preferably working for US companies. - Must provide proof of such experience.
